GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USING THE ONLINE STORE

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. This document constitutes the general terms and conditions of use for: puffyandme.com – an e-commerce website (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store" or "Site"). 1.2. The Site is operated by the company: Trade and busy Ltd, UIC 206675212, with its registered office and address of management at: ul Boris Rumenov 7e, Sofia Bulgaria, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller". 1.3. Any user (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Customer") who accesses the Site and/or makes a purchase agrees to and fully accepts these General Terms and Conditions.

3. ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT 3.1. The Customer can place orders through the Site as a "Guest" or by registering a user profile. 3.2. By clicking the order finalization button, the Customer declares that they are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and accept them completely. This action holds the force of a distance contract between the Customer and the Seller. 3.3. Upon successful submission of an order, the Customer will receive an automatic confirmation at the provided email address.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS 4.1. All prices on the Site are in EURO (EUR) including VAT. 4.2. Product prices DO NOT include delivery costs unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Site. 4.3. Payment methods are: Cash on Delivery 

5. DELIVERY 5.1. Deliveries are made within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria via the courier company Econt / Speedy. 5.2. The delivery time is 1 to 3 working days after order confirmation, except in cases of force majeure, extraordinary situations, or official public holidays.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF GOODS 6.1. Pursuant to Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract and return the purchased goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt, without owing any compensation or penalty and without stating a reason. 6.2. EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Art. 57, para. 5 of the CPA): Due to reasons related to hygiene and health protection, the Customer CANNOT exercise the right of withdrawal and return cosmetic, baby, or children's products if their original packaging has been unsealed, opened, torn, or if the product has been partially used/tested after delivery. Goods can only be returned if they are in their original commercial condition, with intact packaging and a protective seal/sticker (if applicable). 6.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller in writing via email at tradeandbusy@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. 6.4. All direct costs for returning the goods (courier services) are borne entirely by the Customer, unless the goods were delivered with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was sent due to the Seller's fault. 6.5. The Seller shall refund the amount paid by the Customer via bank transfer (to a bank account specified by the Customer) within 14 days from the date the Seller receives the returned goods and verifies their overall commercial condition.

7. CLAIMS AND WARRANTIES 7.1. The Customer has the right to make a claim in the event of shortages, manufacturing defects, discrepancies with the ordered product, or transport damages. 7.2. Claims must be submitted in writing to the email Tradeandbusy@gmail.com, and the Customer must provide photographic evidence and a description of the defect. For approved claims, the transport costs for replacement or return are borne by the Seller.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 8.1. The Seller takes care to provide accurate information regarding the ingredients, characteristics, and usage instructions of children's and baby cosmetics. However, the Seller is not liable for individual allergic reactions, skin irritations, or the intolerance of a child's/baby's skin to specific ingredients. The Customer is obligated to carefully read the full ingredient list of the product before use.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 9.1. All images, texts, logos, graphics, and designs on the Site are the exclusive property of the Seller or its partners. Copying, distributing, or using them without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
